On an un-related note: Amazon seems to be getting into GRID Computing Business(?) much like UPS offering 3rd party logistics (Gee... still remember the supply chain stuff :-)

I agree with the article. Southwest is my last choice. I do not like the lack of assigned seats and it makes business travel difficult since many times I arrive close to boarding. The idea of getting to the airport much earlier simply to stand in line rather than respond to email or read work materials is not appealing.
